Amanda is an experienced and successful Business / Operations Manager within the Australian and Irish markets (Construction & Recruitment).

She has worked across Strategic Operational & Management platforms in addition to working with companies to streamline processes and systems to increase efficiencies and promote growth.

Amanda has both a Diploma and a Batcheors (Hons) Degree in Business Studies & Marketing (University of Ulster, Ireland) and a Certificate in International Business Studies (Centenary College, USA).

Amanda’s responsibilities as Business Manager with Tyrone Group includes managing all business operational processes to ensure delivery of projects to clients. Her focus is to support improvement of profitability and growth of turnover via implementing leadership and behavioural change initiatives including Organisation Design, HR transformation, Workforce Optimisation and Business Improvement processes. She oversees Human Resources, Project Administration, Finance, IT, Health & Safety, Marketing & Facilities.

Shane has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry both in Ireland and Western Australia. He has been involved in managing a variety of significant commercial projects for Tyrone Group, the largest being Perth’s Children’s Hospital. Shane entered the building industry as a tradesman and has worked through many roles including Site Supervision, Contract Administration & Health & Safety. With a hands on approach, and results orientated attitude, Shane endeavours to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Management Accountant


Sarah is a CPA Qualified Accountant, originally from the UK.  She relocated to Australia 20 years ago.  Sarah worked as a Management Accountant in the mining industry for Resolute Mining Limited for 10 years. At RML Sarah worked both in the city and travelled overseas to their various operating mines to provide training and assistance. Sarah transferred from the Mining industry in 2008 and has since worked for a number of entities providing Accounting services.  Sarah joined Tyrone Group in May 2015 and manages all the daily finance functions at Tyrone.

Rudyace is a highly capable and experienced Estimator with experiences spanning 8 years involving small and large complex projects in Civil Construction sector. In addition to this skill, he has acquired a wealth of relevant skills and experiences in Project Administration, Procurement, and Tendering. Rudyace is a registered Civil Engineer and a member of Philippine Institute of Certified Quantity Surveyors (PICQS).

As an Estimator for Tyrone Group, Rudyace aims to contribute by helping the business manage their costs through well-reasoned estimates and cost effective tenders.

Tim Hillier

Site Manager - Construction


Timothy Hillier (Site Manager / Head Contracts) has more than 25 years’ experience in the construction industry and comes to Tyrone with experience in carpentry, multi-story pre-cast installation, architectural steel and aluminium fabrication. 

Tim is highly experienced in managing commercial builds, multi-story apartment developments, public transport facilities, industrial production plants, live hotels, as well as private residences. These projects ranged in value from $4 million to $80 million.

With experience in site supervision and management roles on a diverse number of specialist projects including education, medical, viral research, and prosthetic production facilities, working to Australian, European and US FDA standards, Tim adds a depth of experience to the company.

Tim’s passion for alternative, sustainable building and the skill set that he possesses, coupled with his ability to think outside the bounds of what is deemed the norm, brings an exciting dynamic to the company and he prides himself on the high level of safety of his sites and encourages an environment of acceptance, inclusivity, tolerance and diversity.

He has studied Architectural Drafting and Industrial Design adding to his skill set and knowledge.

Peter is a trained Stonemason who has been Bricklaying for eighteen years. He has been working with Tyrone since 2012, the majority of those years in management roles within the Masonry division. Peter has been instrumental in the delivery of many high profile commercial projects including Perth’s Children’s Hospital, Scarborough Foreshore redevelopment and Curtin University upgrades.

Tom commenced his Bricklaying career in Ireland in 1998 working on both residential buildings and prestigious commercial developments. After relocating to Perth in 2014 he joined Tyrone and has been instrumental in supervising many Masonry projects including The Treasury Building, Kings Square, The Beach house in Cottesloe, various government defence projects and educational institutions.

Nick is a seasoned Bricklayer with over fourteen years experience, six of those with Tyrone and more recently a Supervisor on the Masonry team.

He has been involved in the delivery of many projects including apartment complexes, shopping centres, government buildings & schools including Willetton Primary School, a job he is especially proud of given its highly detailed and intricate brickwork.
