First residents move into Five Star- Green Star Cirque Apartments.

The first residents have moved into WA’s first five-star green-star apartment tower in Mount Pleasant.

The Cirque Apartment tower is a 20 level development with 111 apartments at 23 Kishorn Road. The building has 270 degree views of the river and city and features a residents deck with indoor and outdoor area’s including a heated pool, spa , sauna , gym, cinema, library, barbeques, a cocktail bar and private dining spaces.

Tyrone Group delivered the Masonry contract as well as the Venetian Render package which features throughout the building.

A second tower is planned which will link to the first and add a children’s nature playground and games room.

Every element of the impressive building was designed to take advantage of the buildings orientation, minimise southern wind impact and exploit natural light and river views.Many of the balconies in the larger apartments have eye-catching full-height curved glass which is a signature Cirque design feature.
