WESTFIELD CAROUSEL
Tyrone Group was awarded the Masonry contract on the new $350 million redevelopment which commenced in July 2016. There was over 36,000 M2 of Concrete Masonry, Brickwork and Hebel Walls completed including 7200 LM of structural steel wall stiffeners and roof bracings. Tyrone Group had over sixty employees on site working round the clock to complete the package within a 13 month time frame.
DIRECT FACTORY OUTLET – (DFO) PERTH
Billed as a shoppers paradise – showcasing the best fashion that Perth has to offer. With a mix of more than 100 fashion, lifestyle and home-ware retailers.
Tyrone Group was awarded both the Masonry & Rendering contracts which was undertaken over a seven month period which was completed on time and on budget.
The new $150 million centre created 650 new jobs and was built to meet the fast growing demand of the discount shopping sector.
PERTH NEW CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL
The masonry package for Perth’s New Children’s Hospital was awarded to Tyrone Group by John Holland. The $1.2 billion Perth’s Children’s Hospital was built on the QEII Medical Centre site in Nedlands and replaced Princess Margaret Hospital as the State’s dedicated children’s hospital.
Tyrone Group completed the full masonry package on both the main hospital and car parks inclusive of rendering, fire-rated sealant, plant and operators in addition to supplying and erecting structural steel.
