Founder & Director
With a career in the construction Industry spanning 30 years, Alistair is a Bricklayer by trade and has been a Registered Building Practitioner for more than a decade. Alistair plays a key role in steering the business in alignment with Tyrone’s strategic growth plan, ensuring its products and services are in line with evolving market demands which has been a major factor behind the company’s success.
SHANE LOFTUS
General Manager
With over 25 years in the construction industry across Ireland and Australia, Shane brings a wealth of experience from both trade and management roles. For more than 15 years at Tyrone, he has delivered a diverse portfolio of successful projects and now leads the company’s overall operations. As General Manager, Shane is known for his strong operational oversight and trusted relationships with key industry stakeholders.
JEAN VAN DEN HEEVER
Finance Controller
Jean brings extensive senior management experience, having held leadership roles with both Australian and International service providers as well as consulting firms. He works closely with divisional teams to drive performance and deliver strategic financial insights that support sustainable growth.
Jean holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance), a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing), and a Master of Professional Accounting.

Strategic Growth Manager

Kerry brings extensive experience from the advanced manufacturing and construction industries, having worked across Australasia, China, and Southeast Asia. In his role, he partners with all areas of the business to drive healthy, sustainable growth.
Since joining Tyrone in 2020, Kerry has played a key role in developing operational metrics and strategic frameworks that capture and strengthen the company’s competitive advantage.
