Designed by Iredale Pedersen Hook Architects, The newest addition to City Beach College is designed to preserve a mature Ficus tree with the main façade wrapping around it.

Tyrone Group was awarded the structural package compromising of earthworks, Formwork, Reinforcing Steel, Concrete, Masonry, AFS Walling and Render on the project.

The new additions include, Learning Spaces, recreation spaces, gymnasium and dining spaces with the north facing courtyard offering students a space that offers both interaction and quiet moments.

The building is due for completion December 2108
