The newly refurbished building sits on the site of the former Kaleeya Hospital in East Freemantle and was billed as the first of its kind when opened by WA Premier Mark Magowan in September 2018 .

It features 83 bedrooms, a wellness centre, hydro pool, Cinema and Gym as well as fine dining.
